A Széchenyi Társaság célja, hogy névadójának örökségét alapul véve, felekezetre, világnézetre és pártállásra tekintet nélkül munkálkodjék Magyarország, a nemzet felemelkedéséért, szellemi erkölcsi és anyagi gyarapodásáért, mindenkor szem előtt tartva az egyetemes magyarság érdekeit.

The Society was founded in 1987, after many years of struggle. The intention of the Széchenyi Society, based on the legacy of its namesake, is to work for the rise of Hungary and for the intellectual, moral and material prosperity of the nation, always keeping the interests of the Hungarian people in mind, regardless of their religious, ideological or political affiliation.
