A MAÉT a legkülönbözőbb agrár-ágazatok érdekképviseleti szövetségeinek a szövetsége. A MAÉT alapítóinak célja az volt, hogy az azonos, a polgári/nemzeti értékrend és alapelvek mentén tevékenykedő agrár-érdekképviseletek egyesítsék erőiket. Ezáltal jobb és eredményesebb tárgyalópartnerei lehetnek a különböző állami és egyéb szervezeteknek, közös célokért tudnak mozgósítani, ill. együttes elhatározásokat megvalósítani, valamint hatékonyabb külföldi kapcsolatokra és képviseletre képesek.
Archival history
MAÉT is an association of various interest groups representing the agricultural sectors. The aim of its founders was to make the different agricultural interest groups, sharing the same civil and national values and principles, join forces. In this way they could be better and more successful negotiating partners of the various state and other organizations, they could mobilize people for common goals, implement joint resolutions and they would be capable of establishing more effective foreign relations and representation. The connecting force is the commitment to civil values
